🎄 OPIE Man­u­fac­tur­ing Group Christmas Party 2025

This year’s OPIE Man­u­fac­tur­ing Group Christmas Party was one for the books. After a year filled with hard work, in­no­va­tion, and shared success, the team came together in December to celebrate in a setting that perfectly matched the spirit of the season.

Held at AG (Allan Grammar) — an intimate and elegant wine bar tucked away in Penrith’s Woodriff Street laneway — the evening offered a relaxed, so­phis­ti­cat­ed at­mos­phere that en­cour­aged great con­ver­sa­tion, laughter, and plenty of festive cheer. The venue’s plush green velvets, hardwood chevron floors, and stunning marble bar provided a refined backdrop for our end-of-year cel­e­bra­tion.

Guests enjoyed a beau­ti­ful­ly curated spread that reflected both the season and the ex­cel­lence that OPIE teams bring to every project. The menu featured an inspired lineup of Piccola delights like Sydney Rock Oysters with yuzu gin sorbet and Tuna Crudo with parmi­giano taco, as well as Sostanziale favourites including Wagyu Skewers and Pork & Veal Polpette. And of course, no festive feast would be complete without Dolce — from classic cannoli to ricotta doughnuts with cinnamon and caramel sauce.

As plates and glasses were filled, one thing became clear — great teams create great outcomes.
Just as the talented chefs in the Allan Grammar kitchen crafted in­cred­i­ble food with care and precision, our OPIE team continues to design and build world-class products for our customers with the same ded­i­ca­tion and pride. It was a cel­e­bra­tion of shared crafts­man­ship — whether on the plate or the pro­duc­tion floor.

Drinks (and cannoli) flowed through­out the night with expertly mixed cocktails, an extensive wine list, re­fresh­ing beer, and house spirits — all perfectly paired with animated con­ver­sa­tions and the joyful at­mos­phere. It was an op­por­tu­ni­ty for team members from across de­part­ments to connect, share high­lights from the year, and look forward to what’s ahead.

More than just a party, the night was a cel­e­bra­tion of achieve­ment, re­silience, and community — a reminder that OPIE’s strength lies in its people.
